A Choice For Life Inc. takes great pride in our reputation for superior quality products and excellent value. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these rules that determine proper shipping and delivery procedures:
Because all of our Dry Herbal Goods are formulated and assembled on demand by Certified Herbalists in a Safe Quality Food environment that is certified and qualified by the SQF (Safe Quality Food Institute) as having Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), the products are released from Quality Control and released to shipping within 12 working days.
Our Shipping policy is to include standard shipping and handling cost, inclusive of the sale price, when the item(s) sold reach $65 USD or higher.
This inclusive shipping cost covers the 48 Continental US states, Hawaii, Alaska and all Canadian Provinces.
NON-BUSINESS & NON-SHIPPING DAYS
Offices are closed for shipping on Wednesday, Sunday and Holidays.
SHIPPING PARTNERS
Our Shipping partners are exclusively the US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).
Any cost for requests by additional shipping companies shall be borne and pre-paid by the buyer.
STANDARD SHIPPING (CUSTOMER PAID SHIPPING): Redemption Code purchases are shipped within 12 business days. If received prior to 11:00 am Central Time on the day of shipping it will be processed and shipped the same business day. All purchases made after business hours, will be shipped prior to 2:00 pm Central Time the next business day. BUSINESS DAYS ARE CONSIDERED TO BE Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday that are not holidays.
To control the cost of shipping, we ship two days a week. Monday or Tuesday and Thursday or Friday depending on the volume expected to be shipped. These items can be tracked on the UPS.COM site after the package pick up notification reaches you.
USPS and UPS have a conjoined shipping agreement which operates under the banner of UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS. This method was put in place in order to facilitate reach in areas under served by one or the other companies. Packages are prepared and released to UPS, the transferred to the local post office for delivery. In the USA it is the US Postal Service (USPS) and in Canada it is Canada Post (CP).
FREE SHIPPING: NON-COUPON PURCHASES that qualify for FREE SHIPPING received prior to 11:00 am Central Time will be processed and shipped the same business day. All purchases made after business hours, will be shipped the next business day. BUSINESS DAYS ARE CONSIDERED TO BE Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday that are not holidays.
FREE SHIPPING: REDEMPTION CODE PURCHASES that qualify for FREE SHIPPING purchases are shipped within 12 business days after the redemption is complete.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: The cost of Expedited Shipping for USA deliveries (Priority 1, 2 or 3 Day Shipping) is an additional $10 USD, paid online or via phone. This can be tracked by USPS.COM -Door-to-door delivery.
The cost of Expedited Shipping for Canada deliveries (Priority International Shipping) is an addition $30 USD, paid online or via phone. This can be tracked by USPS.COM – Door-to-door delivery.
